We try to make our website as easy to navigate as possible, but know sometimes things can get lost.  Check out these answers for our top questions:

 

How do I access my account online?

It's super easy to check to see what you have checked out, renew items, and place holds for items you'd like to checkout on our online catalog.  Simply login with your library card and phone number in the top right and you're good to go.

How do I renew my account?

To renew your account, just stop by the library or give us a call at 319-646-6858 and the library staff will be happy to renew your account for you.

 

How do I get a library card?

Iowa residents, simply stop in the library with a photo ID and proof of address and we will be able to get you setup with an account. Learn more here.

 

How to find and register for events?

Visit our "Upcoming Library Events" page to see our upcoming programs and register.  Not all events require a registration, but if they do, a registration link will appear on the event listing.

 

Does the library offer digital services like audiobooks, e-books, or streaming?

We do!  For residents of Washington County, the library offers e-books, audiobooks, and digital magazines for easy checkout on tablets or mobile devices on Libby.  For residents of the City of Wellman, we offer streaming movies, tv series, and educational videos on Kanopy.
