We had a busy day this past weekend! We started out our Saturday morning by hosting 2 Iowa authors, Heather Gudenkauf and Kimberly Stuart for a morning chat about their outstanding books (we have almost all of them here at WSPL, come check one out!). They were both wonderful and we were so grateful to have them visit our library!

Our activities went on in to the evening with our first ever glow-a-thon held as a fundraiser for our library renovation project. We gathered at North Park at dusk with games, music, a glow walk and lots of fun!

A big thanks to everyone who helped organize these events and those folks in the community who came out to support the library!!
