Tech Tuesday: Library Account

For our Tech Tuesday post today we are going to showcase how you can utilize our library’s online catalog to not only search our collection from home but to also access your library account without setting foot in the library.

If you’ve visited our website lately, you might have noticed a link on the homepage for our Online Catalog. This link will take you to our catalog site where you can search by title, subject, or author.

Once on the catalog site you can log on to your library account by clicking the Log In link at the top of the page. The first time you log in you will use your 5 digit library card number (beginning with the #9) and your (capitalized) last name as your password. You can create a custom password after logging in. Once logged in, you should see your name at the top of the page which will take you to your account information. From there you can access and update your contact information, see what you have checked out, what books you have a hold on, and any late charges on your account!

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or stop by the library. We are happy to help!
